The Officers of the Association shall include the President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

The Officers of the Association shall be elected by the Board of Directors from the Board membership.

The term of office for President, 1st Vice President, 2nd Vice President, and Treasurer shall be for one (1) year commencing in January of each year. These officers may succeed themselves if so nominated and elected.

The term of office for the Secretary shall coincide with that person’s employment contract and typically runs from March through February.
