BBQ Socials

Our Annual BBQ Dinner is held on the 3rd Tuesday in September. Our doors open at 5PM and dinner is typically served around 6:30PM. Our menu typically consists of BBQ Chicken, Brisket, Ribs, Baked Beans, a Cole Slaw, and Dessert. From time to time we may shake up the menu a little but traditionally, these are the items you can expect. We also provide beer, soda and bottled water. Cocktails are also available in the WAVA Room on the second floor.

The cost for this event is $20.00 per person with children under 12 eating FREE.

Seafood Social and ‘Redleg Hop’

Our Annual Seafood Dinner will be  held on Saturday, June 3rd.  Our doors open at 2PM and food will be served at 4PM.  Our menu typically consists of Boiled Crawfish, Boiled Shrimp, Fried Catfish, and Dessert. From time to time we may shake up the menu a little but traditionally, these are the items you can expect. We also provide beer, soda and bottled water. Cocktails are also available in the WAVA Room on the second floor.

The cost for this event is $20.00 per person for members and $25.00 per person for non-members, with children 12 and under eating FREE.   If you RSVP later than May 24th it’s $25.00 for all except the children.  Also, there will be ‘Redleg Hop’ for adults only immediately following the Seafood Social.  The cost for that is $10.00 per person.  There will be an open bar and some light Hors-de-Ouvres, and live entertainment

Saint Barbara Celebration

The Battalion Washington Artillery celebrates its heritage as Washington Artillerymen and its accomplishments during the past training year during its Annual Saint Barbara Celebration. It is at this event individuals, both active and retired, are recognized with either the Honorable Order of St. Barbara, the Ancient Order of St. Barbara, the Molly Picher Award, and / or the ‘Shoot and Be Damned’ Award. This event is typically held in the month of December, but, due to current events could be moved. It is strictly formal and is held at some of New Orleans finest venues.
